Whilst baking and decorating over at That's so Sweet, for over three years. I have realised some cookie cutters and stamps are just too hard to come by - especially when my boys come up with unique birthday theme requests.

That's why I decided to create That's so Sweet Designs. Where bakers, from beginners to experts, can find high-quality, a little left field, custom cookie cutters and stamps to bring their sweet creations to life.

FAQ

What are your Cutters and Stamps made of?

Our printed Cutters and Stamps are made from PLA.

How to care for your Stamps and Cutters?

That's so Sweet Design, doesn't wash your stamp and cutter before it gets into your hands.

We highly recommend, the following to get the best out of our products.

  • Wash before and between use
  • Gentle lukewarm hand wash with mild detergent
  • Do Not Soak
  • Not dishwasher safe
  • Heat sensitive material, keep below 50°C
  • Do not use if damaged or broken

Do you offer custom requests?

Yes we do. You can submit and request your custom order here. Our availability is limited and we will communicate with you, if we are able to take on your request.

How long will it take my order?

We offer both Digital STL file and Printed versions.

Printed:

Once placing your order, it will take us 3-5 days to process your order. This time frame can change due to seasonal periods. This will be communicated if it changes.

Additional time for shipping is then added. 1-3 days for express and 4-8 days for standard. We ship all our parcels by Australia Post and delays by them is out of our control.

Digital STL:

Once you have placed your order for our Digital STL you will receive it instantly. Which means you can print it within minutes.

Do you ship overseas?

We currently ship in Australia only.

If you own your own 3D printer we do offer Digital STLs of our Cutters and Stamps, which are available worldwide.
